We have always believed in making wines that are typical of their terroir, allowing the varieties to express their characteristics at their best. So, the methods used on the 20 hectares of vineyards and 5 hectares of hazelnut orchards – all in San Damiano d’Asti – farmed today by the Franco Giacinto winery founded in the mid-1800s are sustainable, respecting nature, customers and producer alike.
In 2011 the family grew, inspiring the Cà Colomba project: an agritourism located at the top of the hill, where guests from all the world seeking relaxation are offered an authentic experience in 5 modern rooms.
Three generations of the Franco family are working in the business today. With our deep roots, we look on the work carried out by our ancestors with admiration and gratitude while continuing to keep an eye trained on the ever-increasingly transparent, technological future.
